I was born and raised in San Jose, California, and lived in different parts of Northern California before moving to Phoenix for 14 years. There I met my husband, and then we moved to Hawaii before our move to Sharpsburg, Georgia. I have a 20 year old stepson named Jesse and 3 labs named Chase, Lacy, and Kimber. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I worked in Corporate America for 25 years. I kept buying a house every 2 years until one day I decided, “I should become a Realtor so I can help others buy and sell homes.” My career as a Realtor started in Arizona in 1999. I truly became full-time once moving to Georgia and I LOVE every minute of every day. It’s one of the most rewarding and challenging experiences to work in Real Estate. The diversity of today’s market makes it even more interesting and challenging every day. There isn’t anything I would rather be doing!
I am a native Georgian and have lived in the “Southern Crescent” south of Atlanta my entire life! My husband and I moved our family to the Newnan/Coweta County area over 23 years ago and have raised our three sons here. I started my real estate career in 2005 and since then have helped hundreds of families buy their dream home or sell their home. I have received the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors® Professional Achievement Award (Lifetime Member), NUWAY Realty’s Platinum & Gold Club Awards, The Home Source Realtors’ Silver Club Certificate of Achievement, and the National Association of Home Builders Million Dollar Circle Bronze Award.
Serving Coweta, Fayette, Meriwether, and Troup counties and the surrounding areas, I strive to make your home buying or selling process a pleasurable experience. I pride myself on placing my clients’ needs first and will work collaboratively with you throughout the entire real estate transaction process. Buying or selling a home can be pretty complex – let me “un-complicate” the process for you!!
Whether you are looking to buy your first home or your “forever” home, or if you are ready to sell your current home … “I’ll Make It Happen!”
I was born and raised in Henry County. As my 2 daughters grew, we decided to move to Coweta County where we lived for 10 years. My husband and I now live in Pike County on a small acreage in the quiet town of Williamson. Both of our daughters are married and live in Pike County with our 6 grandchildren.
I first got my real estate license back in the 90’s but ended up going into distribution management to make ends meet. Real estate was always my passion and what I wanted to do. I am so thankful that 2 years ago I was able to get my license back and do what I love. There is no greater satisfaction than to help buyers and sellers fulfill their dreams. I am here to assist in any way I can with your real estate needs.
I was raised in Coweta County from a very young child. After getting my education, I worked for thirty years for a major retail firm in their Credit/Collection/Legal Departments. After retiring, I decided to do something I have always wanted to do but was too busy working and raising a family: get my real estate license. Yes, I have always wanted to be a Realtor. In 2010 I went back to school, got my license, and have been enjoying Realtor life ever since. I am a proud member of the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors and a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Georgia.
Realizing how stressful buying or selling a home can be, I strive to make home buying and selling an enjoyable and exciting time for my clients. I strive to guide my clients step by step throughout the buying/selling process, always supporting their needs and goals. Helping my clients realize their dream of home ownership is such a rewarding experience. The greatest joy is getting to know my clients, who are not only clients, but along the way become friends.
I grew up in a small town in the outskirts of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After graduation I went on to become a flight attendant where I traveled across the United States and many countries. Through my travels, one thing always remained a constant favorite: the people. I have a true heart for people and a strong desire to serve and please. My family and I have been in Georgia since 2010. We enjoy farm life and are active in barrel racing, rodeos, and church. A NUWAY agent sold me my home when first arriving, and that’s how I met Terri Martinez, NUWAY’S Owner/Broker. NUWAY is not just a company, it’s a family. When I chose to be a Realtor, I knew exactly where I wanted to hang my hat.
