We tasked Kristina with selling our former rental home that was in the middle of major repairs. We asked her to list it before repairs were done. She listed it and even suggested we ask for more than we felt it was worth so we did. Two showings and 30 hours later we were under contract. 30 days later we closed. :)

We started communicating with Dawn via computer and phone in 2015 from Pennsylvania. We finally met in 2016 when we seriously started to look at homes in the Senoia area. Dawn has been a wonderful asset in answering all our questions. We weren't quite ready to purchase in 2016, but she continued to send us listings and kept in touch. We made another trip in 2017 and in May of 2018 we finally decided to build in Grantville. She took pictures and videos to keep us informed and we could see the progress from PA. We loved that she did that. The videos were helpful in seeing a few issues that were corrected during the build. We would highly recommend Dawn for anyone looking to buy or build a home.
