Amanda has gone over an above in our search for our new downsized home. She worked with us in visiting prospective homes and never had a problem driving to meet us to view. When we found one home and then later cancelled the purchase due to some problems she worked to get our earnest money released. When we found the home we wanted she worked to get the offer submitted with realistic terms. She uses E-Sign to process documents which means we can do a lot of things on line to save time and travel. She is also a real sweetheart to deal with and my wife and I really enjoyed working with her.
