In what is generally a painful process, Kristina was a shining path through a dark and scary forest. She recently helped me both sell and buy a house. In a market where houses were selling the day they went on the market, she found us the perfect house and we were able to formulate an acceptable offer same day. When I sold my house, she worked diligently with me to have the house totally prepared for the inspection and appraisal. Her personality, honesty and demeanor led to a positive approach to buying and selling my homes. She is good, there is no other way to put it, and if I have to sell another house it will be with her.

I highly recommend, Shanna. She was friendly and made me feel as if I had been longtime friends with her. She helped my family find our perfect home. When we first found THE home we wanted, our offer was picked over, and when we thought we lost it, their offer fell through and she was quick to help us to get it. She was always honest with details about every home we looked at. She was always so helpful; even when it came to my toddler. One thing that I will miss about our home searching will be the visits with Mrs. Shanna.
