Terri was amazing at helping us find our first home. She was extremely accommodating to our unique situation in buying a home long distance without actually seeing the home ourselves in person. Terri was very informative and responsive towards all of our many questions about home buying. She helped with our negotiations, priced out certain home repair costs for us, and even ensured the house was clean before our move in date by meticulously inspecting the home herself. Dawn is by far the BEST person to go to when finding your dream home. My husband and I started looking for a home more than a year ago. However, circumstances were not favorable at the time, Dawn was ALWAYS so positive about getting the dream home for us.
