Kristina is awesome! She was very knowledgeable of the area, available houses, and listened to what we wanted! She quickly tailored our search to find our dream home! Always answered our questions and texts immediately, about as close to 24/7 contact as can be! Kristina was even able to schedule appointments and meet me when I had a no notice business trip to the area only giving her a day to arrange it! Kristina helped and advised us through the process of putting in a bid for a house but was careful to ensure it was "our" offer, not hers! I loved that she was not pushy or interjecting herself into the bid! Once the our offer was accepted she immediately started tracking the contractual deadlines to ensure we had every opportunity to get our earnest money back if there were problems with the house inspection, appraisal, or financing. She took the initiative to ensure a smooth closing! Kristina was instrumental in working with sellers agent to solve the typical issues that come with a home sell and was a real superior advocate for us! During the process my wife made a statement about changing the landscaping and Kristina showed up to the closing with a coupon for landscaping! SHE ALWAYS LISTENED to us!
